Participants will learn practical tips on maintaining personal hygiene, preventing the spread of illnesses like COVID-19 and the flu, and advocating for accessible hygiene resources in their communities.

Travel training for teens and young adults
Independence Through Exploration
Our Travel Training Workshop empowers high school and college students with the skills and confidence to navigate public transportation safely and independently. Participants will learn how to ride BART and buses, read transit maps, plan routes, and use transportation apps—all while exploring museums, cultural festivals, and historical landmarks. This hands-on experience promotes independence, accessibility, and a deeper connection to the community.
